Those who have successfully completed the Ph.D. program in Mechanical Engineering will have a Ph.D. degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering (Doctor Mechanical Engineering).

Specific Admission Requirements
Students who have completed a master's degree in the Mechanical Engineering program are considered to be a direct division if they fulfill the conditions stipulated in the regulation.
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal)
Completion of at least 7 courses (total 240 ECTS credits), not less than 21 credits. - Passing the doctoral qualification examination. - Preparing the doctorate thesis and passing the thesis defense examination. - If you have not taken a course that includes scientific research techniques and research and publishing topics in your master's program, you have to take it in the doctoral program.
Qualification Requirements and Regulations
Mechanical Engineering is an engineering discipline that encompasses a wide range of in-depth knowledge in mechanical engineering fields such as construction and materials, energy, mechanics, machine theory and dimming. The main goal of the program is to train highly qualified engineers with the ability to research and develop in order to provide the knowledge required by rapidly developing science and technology.

They work as academicians in various public institutions, private companies, research centers, or in higher education institutions in Turkey or abroad.

Graduates who have successfully completed a doctoral program may apply for an academic position in higher education institutions in the country or abroad in the same or similar fields, or for an expert position in research centers in public institutions.
Access to Further Studies
It is obligatory to attend at least 70% of all courses taken in the graduate programs within the semester. Success; year achievement measurement (assignments, midterms) and the final examination. Exams; written, oral, or both written, oral and / or practical. At least one midterm exam is given for each course. Facilities
The program consists of 4 professors, 1 associate professor, 5 assistant professors and 10 academic staff. Mechanical engineering department; qualified and experienced academic and technical staff, research facilities in advanced laboratories and public and private sector organizations in cooperation with local, regional, national and international scale.
