Erzurum Technical University International Cooperations Office is a subdivision of the Rectorate of Erzurum Technical University. ETU has placed internationalization at the center of its strategy. The ICO encourages and ensures the continuity of the ETU’s international policy in accordance with guidelines set out by the Rector's Office and in consultation with its faculty partners. It deals mainly scientific bilateral agreements. Its overall objective is to strengthen academic activity, student exchange, international networks, joint programs and business administration.
As stated in Strategic Plan of Erzurum Technical University (ETU) for the term of 2014- 2018; the vision of Erzurum Technical University is to be a WORLD UNIVERSITY which;
- is always in communication with the society and produces scientific solutions to the public problems;
- contributes to the widening of knowledge and artistic productions to all levels of society embracing them all; Life Long Learning as the guiding principle;
- is known by the quality of higher education and scientific research specialties.
Erasmus Exchange Program
Erasmus program is governed by the European Union for encouraging higher education institutions to cooperate with each other. EU provides financial non-refundable support for higher education institutions allowing them to carry out joint projects and short-term student and faculty exchange.
