The tuition fee for the programs of higher education is determined by the Government at the beginning of each academic year. Higher education is more affordable in Turkey comparing European institutions. Tuition varies by faculty to faculty and the average is about 250 Euro for a year. It is paid as two installments at the beginning of each semester.
National students, who are in financial need, can claim this amount from the governmental sources. The students whose application to the Credit and Dormitories Institution for the payment of tuition fees has been approved are also given a monthly scholarship around 100 Euros.
